Oculus tray tool

1. Launch the Oculus tray tool on your PC and go to the service tab.
2. Select TOGGLE CONSOLE WINDOW VISIBILITY
3. When you do this, more resources will be given to Oculus by bringing the services into the foreground.
4. To move the oculus services back to the background, again launch the tray tool and close the oculus services window.

This method is also not always efficient in making the Oculus air link work properly in windows 11. But still, some users benefitted from it.
