  3. Press the “Power button,” and then the “Esc” button from the top left corner of the laptop keyboard to go to the boot option. The “Esc” button is known as the boot button.
  4. A small window will arrive on the screen. Press “Enter” from your laptop keyboard to open the bio setup menu.

  5. From the “Bio Setup” menu, click on the “Advanced” tab visible on top of the screen.

  6. Hit the “Down Arrow” button and select the “USB configuration” option. Press “Enter” to select it.

  7. Press “Enter” on the second option named “Pre-boot mode.” Change the mode to “Disable” from “Auto.”

  8. Press the “Esc” button from the keyboard to go back to the setup menu. Click on the “Left Arrow” key and tap “Enter” on the “Security” tab.

  9. Go down and press “Enter” on the “Secure boot control” option. Disable this option and move to the “Boot” tab from the top. As the “Launch CSM” option is absent from there, you have to restart the laptop to enable this option.

  10. Press the “F10” key from the keyboard. A notification will ask you to save the settings. Hit the “Enter” key and keep it.

  11. Press the “Esc” button several times and wait for the “Boot Menu.”
  12. Go to the “Boot” tab now, and you will find the “Launch CSM” option available there.
  13. Hit “Enter” on the “Launch CSM” option and “Enable” it. Let other options stay the same as they are.

  15. Press the “Esc” button from the upper left side. Press “Enter” to start “Windows installation.”
