- Make sure you have a DVD drive. If you notice that you don't have a DVD drive, you may have to purchase an external DVD or use a different computer.
- Install VLC if you don’t have it on your computer. Go to https://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html in your web browser, then click the Download VLC button.
