Once you’ve set up your id, you’ll get access to the Oracle Net suite homepage. It’ll look like this.
The homepage contains all the key elements and shortcuts. You can swiftly navigate to the marketing tab or the sales & operations tab from the navigation panels. From there, it’s pretty much self-explanatory.
You can set up or track campaigns, account preferences, customer details, reports, or keep track of the sales, sales forecast, operations & commissions. Below the navigation panel, all of your running/completed campaigns will be sorted out based on their profitability.
On the left-hand panel, your reminders will appear. So never miss an update, adjustment, or meeting with a customer or a client. And below the reminders tab, you’ll find the Key performance indicators tab. This tab presents a summary of your actions. How your company is doing, current revenue, ongoing campaigns, etc.
The horizontal menu on the top allows more detailed navigation.
Here’s the “Leads” tab for example. Here, you can add a group of customers and categorize them accordingly. What’s more, you can add contact information and other necessary details for every single customer. Keep track of every one of them.
Similarly, the “Campaigns” tab keeps track of every single campaign, ongoing or completed. The important part of this campaign tracking, is you get to observe and adjust the campaign budgets and outcomes. That way, it’s easier to tell if a campaign is succeeding or failing. So in the future, you can adjust your strategy accordingly.
The lower horizontal menu gives you additional details. In this case, you can see the campaign statistics better.
So similarly, just navigate through the Reports, Analytics, Documents, Setup, and other tabs. Run demo campaigns and add some figures to develop a better understanding of the Net suite CRM software. To learn more, watch this video.
