When you buy Earbuds, they are matched with each other, and when you take them out of the charging case, they pair with each other automatically. After pairing successfully, the blue light of the left Earbud will flash blue, and the red light of the right Earbud will turn off. In case when they fail to pair with each other, follow the steps below to fix the issue.
You can connect either one or both earbuds to your Phone. Here is how to do it.
If only one Earbud is working and the other is not working. Try the below steps to fix the problem.
Long press the functional button until you see that both of the Earbuds start flashing red and blue.
Double-click any of Earbud's function buttons and wait for 5-6 seconds. One Earbud will flash into red and blue, and the other will flash only blue every few seconds.
When done, now connect them to the Bluetooth of your phone device, and it will start working.
