Many people using i12 TWS Earbuds are encountering problems while using them. The issues are related to pairing them with their Phone. When I bought these Earbuds, at first, I faced some issues while pairing them with each other or connecting them to my Phone. I had done some research and found possible solutions to fix the i12 TWS Earbuds, not working issues. If you face the same problem, just read this article and learn how to resolve these issues.

Fix the i12 TWS pairing issues

When you buy Earbuds, they are matched with each other, and when you take them out of the charging case, they pair with each other automatically. After pairing successfully, the blue light of the left Earbud will flash blue, and the red light of the right Earbud will turn off. In case when they fail to pair with each other, follow the steps below to fix the issue.

  1. Start by deleting the left and right Earbuds pairing information. Click the power button five times while in pairing mode until the LED turns on red.
  2. After that, press the function button for 5 seconds, and the i12 TWS will be turned on.
  3. Again enter pairing mode, it will take 5 seconds to pair the Earbuds, and you will be prompted with the "pairing mode" tone.
  4. When the Earbuds pair with each other, you will see the blue light flashing on the left Earbud, and the red light will turn off on the right Earbud.

Connect i12 TWS Earbuds to your Phone

You can connect either one or both earbuds to your Phone. Here is how to do it.

Connecting one Earbud to a Phone

  1. Removing one of the Earbuds from the charging case will flash blue and red simultaneously.
  2. Now go to your Phone's Bluetooth settings and locate the i12 TWS Earbud in the Bluetooth devices option.
  3. Tap on the connect option; after a while, it will connect to your Phone.

Connecting both Earbuds to the Phone

  1. If you want to connect both the Earbuds to your phone, take them out of the charging case. Both the Earbuds will flash red and blue.
  2. Now go to the Bluetooth settings, search for the i12 TWS Earbuds under the available devices, and tap on the connect option.
  3. The Earbuds will automatically connect to your Phone.

If only one Earbud is working and the other is not working. Try the below steps to fix the problem.

Long press the functional button until you see that both of the Earbuds start flashing red and blue.

Double-click any of Earbud's function buttons and wait for 5-6 seconds. One Earbud will flash into red and blue, and the other will flash only blue every few seconds.

When done, now connect them to the Bluetooth of your phone device, and it will start working.
