Highlighting text is a useful way to emphasize the important sections of your notes, book, or any other documents. You can highlight different colors with the help of different arrows for making your texts and sentences obviously shown. The default color used here is Black. Similarly, you can use any color that you like from the Color Strip at the bottom of your Mac. But there may be a situation when you want to change the highlight color on Mac. Hence in this post we will discuss how to change highlight color on Mac?
There are two different systems of highlighting colors in the Mac system interface. When you want to give an explanation or add notes to comment, you can choose the color highlight option to take notice of your action to the comment.
The other highlighting system is when you want to select a row of texts to make changes. The highlight color in the texts comes behind the texts and is used for selection.
The purpose of the highlight behind texts is that so you can see and select the desired texts in which you want to make changes. Otherwise, if the color of the selected texts is the same as your light or dark Mac theme, you won’t be able to see the texts you have selected. This highlight of color behind texts is primarily for aesthetic view and mitigating errors in visualization.
