Exporting Contacts from HubSpot

  1. First, open HubSpot. Log in to your account. HubSpot dashboard will appear on your window.

  2. Then look for the option “Contacts” and click on it. A drop-down menu with the option “Lists” will appear.

  3. Click on “Lists”. You will see all your already created list and contacts.

  4. Now you can create a new list and then export them. Or, you can select some contacts from your older lists. For creating a new contact list, click on “Create List”.

  5. Now, for exporting older lists, first, select a list you want to export. After clicking on the selected list, all the contacts on the list will emerge on the window.

  6. Then click on “Actions”. Some options will appear including “Export”.

  8. You can export all the contact data by clicking on “Select all properties”. Or, you can select some specific data about the contacts to export.

  9. Let’s say you want only the “name” properties of the contacts. Write “name” on the search box and tick on the box beside the option “Company Name”, “First Name” and “Last Name”.

  10. After adding all the required data, click on “Next”.

  11. Add the email you want to send your data or it will automatically select your given email during the sign-up. You can check again if you want to include all the properties or the selected properties.

  12. Choose a file format by click on the “File format” option. Then confirm by selecting “Export”. Your contact data is now exported from HubSpot to your given email.

  13. You can also export all your records, list, and contacts from HubSpot. For that, navigate to your lists. Select all lists, then click on “Export”. Choose to include all the properties of the contacts. Then follow the same process as above and All contacts will export to your email. Then, simply import them to your new managing software and use them.
