Is Google Slides Printable?
If you want to get a hard copy of your Google slide, you can easily print it. Just go to the "File" menu and select "Print." What if you want to print all slides with the notes in each? That is very easy. You have to follow the following procedure:
Steps in Printing Google Slides with Notes
- Go to "File" Menu. Once you are done inserting notes in each of your Google slides, find and click the "File" menu located at the right top portion of your Google Slide under the presentation title. Tools in the "File" Menu must pop out.
- Go to "Print setting and preview."Search the "Print setting and preview" located at the lower portion of the popped-out tools, below the "Page Setup" tool and "Print" tool.
- Click Slides without Notes
Below the main menu, you could read there, "Close preview," "1 slide without notes", "Landscape," "Hide background," "Include scape slides," "Download as PDF," and "Print." Click "1 slide without notes," and different options pop out. - Select "1 slide with notes."
From the options, select "1 slide with notes". What if you want to have "2 or more slides per page"? You do not have to worry about that because you can handle that later. Once you select "1 slide with notes", you can already perceive the notes you have created under the slide in one page. It is similar to the image below. - Select print
You can now print your google slide with the notes in it. However, what if you want two or more slides in your document? That is easy to solve. Once you select a print tool, click "More settings."
- Select the down arrow in the per sheet. If you select 1, it means that you want only one slide with notes in 1 page, but if you choose 1 page per slides, two slides with notes will be printed on 1 page.This will be the layout of your slides in 1 page once you select two slides per sheet. The notes are located under each slide.
- If you are satisfied with how your slides will be printed, you may now select "Print" at the lower-left portion of your Google slide.
