We have found two main reasons that can be blamed for the iPhone screen pop out.

a).  Battery problem

One possible reason for the iPhone screen pop out is a bloated battery. The iPhone battery is placed right behind the phone screen. So, if the battery bloats, the net will surely pop outward.

b).  Poor repairing

Poor repairing can be another reason for the screen pop out. Usually, the iPhone screen remains glued with the body. But it is refurbished for any reason; there is a high chance that you or your technician didn't use the suitable adhesive. That's why the screen is popping out.

Easy ways to fix iPhone pop-out problem

So, to fix the screen pop-out problem, we have gathered two easy solutions for you. Let's take a look at those.

1).  Using B-6000 rubber glue

So our first solution is to use rubber glue. Because rubber glue provides a more effective service than any other glue, and it is also convenient.

Firstly, put your iPhone on a plain table and take a thin plastic. You can use a guitar pick or anything like that.

Secondly, make a little space between your iPhone and the popped out screen. Then put the guitar pick between them. Follow the picture below to do it properly.

After that, take "B-6000" glue to use as an adhesive between the iPhone body and the screen. It is rubber glue, and you may find it in any hardware shop.

Afterwards, put a needle on the tube-head to make the glueing process easy. The needle should come with the glue inside the packet. So, as soon as you find it, please put it on the glue head. After that, spread the rubber glue into the gap between the screen and the iPhone body.

And lastly, squeeze it down for a bit of time so that the glue works appropriately. After that, you can clean the edges with cotton or any soft cloth. That's all.

2).  Using super glue

If you are at a place where you can't find any rubber glue, you can fix the screen with super glue. And the procedure is almost the same as the previous one.

First, make a little space between the iPhone and the screen.

Then, take the superglue and put a slight drop at each point of the gap.

After that, use the head of the glue tube and spread the glue properly. Then squeeze it down for about 5 to 10 minutes to get sealed with the iPhone body. Remember, superglue may take 24 to 48 hours to get appropriately sealed.

Most of the time, the iPhone screen pops out due to a bloated battery which is a very concerning factor. So, even if you can fix your problem using the two methods stated above, we strongly recommend you to go to the apple centre to do a check-up of your iPhone.

Stay well!
